At Best Cotton Premium USA, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item in accordance with the policy outlined below.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact. A valid proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt, is also required.

Return Process

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. If your order includes a prepaid return shipping label, you may use it when sending back your item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 2 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete. Please note that any original shipping charges are non-refundable.
